I have had high cholesterol all of my life, and in April of this year my cholesterol was over 400. At that time i quite taking my prescription cholesterol medication, and started taking Livinity's Blue Essentials one time a day and CholesteLiv Plus twice a day. In May it went from over 400 to 322, and in July it went to 276. This is a blessing and i'm looking forward to what's to come.
